We have F623ZZ bearings and a limited supply of Stainless Steel idlers on the webstore. Replacing them may be the way to go.

after ordering, receiving, and replacing old with new steel idlers and new bearings, the machine is back to near silent when just moving.
here are the aluminium idlers:

and the flanged bearings:

the new idler assembly reduced the overall length from 35.06mm to 34.6, so now the idler spins freely in the corner bracket. thanks again.
