I opened the file in gcode.ws, a web based analyser. There are lots of starts/stops on the outer perimeter of the inner circle. Slice again without wipe.

Wow, I didn't even know about that tool; I'll have to check that out.

The original print lasted about 2 hours and failed after hitting the center piece and knocking loose a mag ball.

I took your advice and resliced without wipe, I also put the new gcode on the drive. Running now, I'll give a progress report later.

Tried your gcode but it complained about the purge macro. Please post STL so I can slice and test.

Actually... I'm about 5 hours into that same gcode with the wipe disabled. I can't believe it would be that simple. I'm keeping a close eye on it of course, but it looks very good.

@Aaron - If your print comes out well, please post before/after pictures on FB. Maybe detail how slicer settings can cause issues.

Good news, my 25cm rocket printed successfully! This is the most complicated print so far. I think we're good. I never would have guessed that wipe settings were causing me so much headache. Good call.
