Thanks Brad, but FYI I see that red LED flick on and off so fast it doesn't register on the Machine Status Display.
When I touch it with my finger lightly, it does.

seems ok now for the moment, but it behaved once before and started acting up.

I just finished building my D300vs Plus and doing the "Commissioning auto-calibration" step. I noticed the FSR is triggering before the hotend touches the glass. That's a great picture, needed that last night.
I haven't had luck with easy tensioner app, but this sound generator gave me a better idea what it should sound like, so I don't over tighten it trying to get app to pick it up. like http://www.szynalski.com/tone-generator/
