I'm wondering if I have good print settings. Seem real slow. How do the print speeds look. Here is what I have; see attached

Brad,
I looked at the G code did not see anything unusual.

Re: Pronterface error message

Thanks Brad, All Other files print fine. The strange thing on this one is I tried printing it with the X axis rotated 90° and there was no error message. I did this just as a test. Pronterface error message

Has anyone seen this error message when trying to print in Pronterface? Slic3r was used to generated gcode.

windows error:Exception: access violation reading 0x049D98004 (see attachment for more detail)

If so what was the solution?

Thanks,
Chuck

Re: First layer issue

I followed Brad‘s advice on tightening everything up and I found the magball studs were loose in several places.

I super glued them and everything appears to be fine, prints very well.

Thanks Brad,
Chuck

Re: First layer issue

I’ve got a bigger problem now. I have tried three times now to level the bed using the G 32 routine as outlined above. After going through about what appears to be 75% of the G 32 calibration the nozzle hits the plate and skids away to one side dislodging the mag balls. Anybody got any suggestions? ...
