Re: Belt tension for 250 BSE

I removed my dampers when I converted to Duet, 0.9 steppers, and metal corners.
The steppers are almost silent now and the fans cover up any slight noise.
Smoothie had a singing whine that while cool was annoying.

Re: Belt tension for 250 BSE

54Hz for a K250 655mm belt span is equivalent to 38Hz for a D300 934mm belt span.

Re: TrickLaser Ball-Cup Arms

I'm using 330mm Trick Laser arms on a K250. I wanted to increase the minimum angle from the 288mm mag ball rods and also get full 250mm bed coverage.

Re: M3x50 Screw Cross threaded

Brad will fix you up, he has always been awesome with customer support. But for emergency usage, and for prototyping I keep 3mm and 5mm threaded rod, nuts, nyloc nuts, and washers. Re: Prints too large

Re: Prints too large

I did the same thing when I got my UMBE E. I believe you will find effector tilt come into play the further from center you get. Printing the correct carriages fixed it.
