Typically there is no sound. During Z-hop you may also be retracting. The sound might be backlash in the Titan Aero gearing? Not sure how fast you are retracting. Try to post a link to a video with sound?

The E3D fan is on PWM controllable pins so the fan can thermostatically turned on/off.

Print speed is dependent on many variables, filament type, part shape/complexity, part quality, and more. If you print looks great then those are good settings. Try increasing speeds until it affect print quality then back down a little. One print speed setting for a particualar part may not print w...
