try doing a heater calibration auto tune. This page will explain how to

Not sure if you've accounted for it but if you're using d300 settings, the D300 uses 16 tooth pulleys and not 20 tooth

Have you tried clocking the stepper motor into different assembly positions to see if the misalignment in the pic follows the install orientation of the motor?

Can you feed filament through it manually when it's hot? Hold the lever back and push it through with little resistance?

You might want to pull the front off of the Aero and check the front bearing, there have been some failures reported but E3D has replaced them for those who have reported them.

M3x35 for the wheel tensioner, M3x20 for the belt tensioner and M3 Jam nuts for both screws. I see the STL changed to make the frame rigid, and now uses an eccentric spacer for tension. Are these the little guys we'll need for the newer carriage design? 6mm or 1/4"? https://www.ultibots.com/v-slot-...
