Couldn't sleep, back to messing with 3d printer.
Yes I put it back to S6. I thought the S7 suppose to be more accurate.
just did the auto calibration few time and M500, will do some test prints tomorrow.

ever mess with the Mesh Grid compensation/heightmap? just curious

Thank you for explaining all that, you made more sense then the website, it was 10 months ago since I built it so I don't even remember it. So it was G31 X0 Y0 Z-0.3 P500 and now its G31 X0 Y0 Z-0.215 P500 , not much of a change but will see what happens. Bed probe heights: 0.090 0.029 0.027 0.020 0...

I figured out to use S-1 to spit out each points. So I got the following... what about machine settings? I just tried the latest Cura and it was trying to print in mid air. Updated, no sure why it was printing mid air before, but I tried again, I just picked the Kossel Pro and edit the height and diameter. then in all the filament settings I had to change the rectract to .4...

Yup, mine got issues, I suspected too when I saw your post and I was having under extrusion issues and stepper motor clicking.
